1. The Agreement  
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, information provided in the booking solution, and any separately agreed terms. In case of any conflict between the information, specifically agreed terms between the parties shall prevail, provided they do not conflict with mandatory legislation.

The agreement is also supplemented by applicable laws governing purchases between businesses and consumers.

2. The Parties  
The seller is

organisation number: 918579362, hereinafter referred to as the seller.

The buyer is the consumer making the booking and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

3. Price  
The stated price for services is the total price payable by the buyer. This price includes all taxes and additional charges. Any costs not disclosed prior to the purchase shall not be charged to the buyer.

4. Conclusion of Agreement  
The agreement becomes binding for both parties when the buyer has submitted the booking to the seller.

However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a typing or calculation error, and the other party realised or should have realised that such an error existed.

Until a booking confirmation has been received from the hotel, all rooms remain available for sale. Rooms are not held unless specifically agreed.

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing by email.

5. Payment  
All reservations must be prepaid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

When paying via Vipps eCom or Dintero, the amount may be reserved at the time of booking and charged upon confirmation.

6. Delivery of the Service
The stay is considered delivered upon the guest’s arrival on the agreed date.
Check-in and check-out follow the hotel’s current schedule.
In case of no-show, the stay is considered fully delivered.

7. Defects and Complaints
Any deficiencies must be reported to the hotel as soon as possible during the stay to allow for correction.

The hotel’s liability is limited to direct losses and does not include indirect losses.

8. Right of Withdrawal  
There is no right of withdrawal for bookings of accommodation, cf. Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act § 22.

9. Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations (1–2 rooms)  
Cancellations must be made no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made later will be charged in full.

Small group reservations (3–7 rooms)  
Up to 30 days prior to arrival: Full cancellation free of charge.  
15–29 days prior to arrival: 50% may be cancelled free of charge.  
0–14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

Large group reservations (8+ rooms)  ‍ ‍
Up to 120 days prior to arrival: Full cancellation free of charge.  
Further terms will be specified in the contract.

Please note that specific terms may apply as stated in your booking confirmation or contract.

10. VAT and Price Adjustments  
In the event of changes to statutory VAT rates, confirmed prices may be adjusted accordingly. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by other price adjustments.

11. Force Majeure
Force majeure may be invoked if circumstances beyond the parties’ control make it impossible to carry out the stay.

Nevlunghavn Gjestgiveri reserves the right to request documentation.

12. Personal Data  
The seller is responsible for the processing of personal data. Unless the buyer consents otherwise, only necessary personal data required to fulfil the agreement will be collected and stored, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data will only be shared with third parties when necessary to fulfil the agreement or where required by law.

13. Dispute Resolution  
Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
